- 01

- 02
Booking the appointment
We book an appointment at the consulate or visa centre in Belgrade and watch for available dates.
- 03
Documents
We make a list for your trip and check bank statements, bookings, insurance and proof of employment. We arrange translations if needed.
- 04
Application form
We fill in the visa form and check that the details match the documents.
- 05
Submission and collection
We explain the submission and biometrics, track the status and help you collect your passport.
Documents you will need
- Passport valid for at least 3 months after the trip
- Serbian residence permit
- Photo meeting the consulate's requirements
- Travel health insurance
- Accommodation and ticket bookings or an invitation
- Employment certificate or company documents, bank statement
The exact list depends on your situation; we will prepare it during the consultation.
Timing
A decision on a Schengen visa is usually made within 15 calendar days of submission, sometimes longer. Allow time for the appointment too: in high season the next free dates can be weeks away. The consular fee is paid separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can I apply for a Schengen visa in Belgrade if I am not a Serbian citizen?
Yes, if you live in Serbia legally, for example with a residence permit. Without one, consulates usually ask you to apply in your country of citizenship.
Which country should I apply to?
The one where you will spend the most days. If the days are split evenly, you apply to the country of first entry.
Do you guarantee the visa?
Only the consulate makes the decision. We make sure your documents are complete and meet the requirements, which significantly reduces the risk of refusal.
