Registering a DOO (LLC) in Serbia

How it works

1. 01

   Structure

   We define the founders, director, shares, business activity and company name.

2. 02

   Founding documents

   We prepare the founding act and registration application and arrange the certification of signatures.

3. 03

   APR registration

   We file the documents with the Business Registers Agency. The company receives a registration number (matični broj) and tax ID (PIB).

4. 04

   Address and account

   We register the company address, open a business account and pay in the share capital.

5. 05

   Launch

   We introduce you to an accountant and help obtain a residence permit for the director or founder.

Documents you will need

• Passports of the founders and director
• Company name and activity code
• Company address
• For a corporate founder: register extract with an apostille and translation

Timing

APR registration usually takes up to 5 working days after the complete package is filed. The minimum share capital of a DOO is 100 dinars.
